Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We will immediately replace all orders that are defective, e.g. misprints, holes or marks on the garment, receiving the wrong color or size. In circumstances were we cannot replace the order, or do so in a reasonable timeframe (often due to out of stock variants), than we will issue you a full refund. If a return/exchange is requested, we will review the request determine whether the fault falls within our terms and we ask that you send through a picture of the fault, in clear lightening for us to examine. Refund/return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
No replacements or refunds will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. Examples of this are when you order the wrong size, style or color. All our products are printed upon demand, and in some cases with our Customizable line, they are personalized, hence we cannot accept back your garment in exchange for change of mind as we do not have stock readily on hand. We print the exact amount of garments based on the orders that come in.
Please review your order before you checkout to avoid any issues. We always send a confirmation email immediately post-purchase with the details of your order, which we urge you to check through to ensure that no mistakes are made (please check your SPAM folder on the chance that you do not see the email in your primary inbox). If there are any discrepancies in your order at that point, please email us immediately to make a change.

MOST mugs are printed on both sides & states that in the item description. If a mug is not printed on both sides, it is due to the design being to large and will become disproportionate if made smaller. If you'd like a mug to be a certain handedness, please request in the note to seller which hand you'd like to hold the mug in with the image facing outwards.
All mugs are dishwasher & microwave safe!
My turnaround (processing) time is 1-3 business days not including shipping time. In most cases I am able to ship within two business days but it is not guaranteed. Please make sure to message me if you're needing something within a certain time frame! Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for USPS priority shipping and 2-5 days for USPS first class shipping (mousepads)
